How would i do against this car...?

There is a kid at my school that has a gsr, he talks shit to anyone and everyone. I would like nothing more than to shut him up. I have a 98 gs-t with gauges and yokohama tires--completely stock still...i have apexi n1 catback on the way. can a stock gs-t take a gsr that has:

aem cold air intake
aem fuel pressure regulator
aem fuel rail
apexi n1 exhaust
ctr cams
dc headers

Hes a pretty good driver, he supposedly runs 14.5 but no one believes him...i saw him take off from a 30 roll and i wasnt too impressed-but i cant say that in case i lose. I am a stock gs-t running about 13-14 psi...exhaust on the way...what do u think????

forgot to mention- its a 2001-hes got coilovers, and 5zigen wheels on yokohama avses 100's...skunk 2 camber kit..thanx

a good condition gsr with those mods should pull at least 14's. GSR's run high to mid 15's stock but respond to mods very well. with a I/H/E AND the CTR cams he should be running mid 14's if he's a good driver.

You'll get him in 1st to 2nd gear but dont be surprised if 3rd gear kicks in and he goes flying by your car.

Man i was reading this like if it was recent. Because im about to run a 2001 gsr With The honda racing package I/H/E . Hopefully i can take him. i gots MBC/greddy BOV/catback/U&LICP, and hardpipe. You guys think i got him Its just its gonna be from a roll so wish me luck. ill post it when i do run him this week

I got a 1g bov, mbc, some gauges, thats it. boost is set @ 18psi on t25 (auto)

I raced a buddy's mustang 5.0 tonight, its got, full exhaust, cai, 5sp, traction bars, 4.10 gears, thats it i think.
he spun through 1st & 2nd, I easily walked on him after that. He said he couldn't get traction, I said that evens it out for me not having 4 extra cylinders. ';'

You should be able to take the gsr easily I would think, from my experience tonight. Its amazing the difference those 3 mods can make on our cars..

You know you've done it, and you wouldn't mind doing it again, and you wish ppl would roll on you at every stop light you come to. Its all driving skill, with correct mods, the gsr should be decently quick, and probably catch or pass you on top end. I would just get an mbc first, or just temp make one or something, on 15 or 16psi, you should be fine. Good luck
