How is it that I had to answer questions and what not to become a proven member and here this guy has 1 post of this content and is proven.... arggghhhh

To answer your question... it is very similar. It looks cooler, and has a built in V-Tec controller if you lust for that 'rattle the dashboard VTec Powah!', LOL. It may have more fuel tunning points and some other features, but the basic concept is the same. It still only modifys you airflow signal and offers no control of timing.
 
Its the bling bling version. A way to get people to spend more money for virtually the same thing. If you have the extra money go for it. It's purty. Look into other fuel controllers/engine management devices too. SAFCs are great for a cheap buck and 550 cc injectors. 650s and above its usually hard to tune with piggy back devices successfully.

It also has a vtech controller and thats what your really paying for. Its not the same thing, but since it has no use on our car its not worth buying.
 
The neo is better in that it has a vtak controller, therefor you can sell it easier.ROFL
