how to tell if you have a highstall converter..?

I bought my car a couple months ago and i find stuff on it everyday thats upgraded that i wasnt told about when i bought the car. Well, now i think i found something else too.... i think i have a highstall converter. I step on the brake and itll rev up and i ca get about 20psi launches (after about 6 sec i would say of brake boosting) is this normal on that stock converter or do you guys think i have a highstall? thanks

When you talk about stall, don't go off of PSI, go off of RPM. What RPM does it start to move at when you brake boost?

My wifes talon can stall about 30 psi on the stock converter.

about 3k to 3.5k i start to move at

Sounds stock to me. Thats what my stocker stalls at. Some conveters were 3200, stock.
