How to take off door harness holder

any idea how to take this screw off?Door harness. I had one off, but cannot reach the other one. The one hidden behind that carpet thing? I have been struggling for days. Small 1/4 inch cannot fit in. Do i have to take off the whole heat blower housing?

Well, i checked the manual and it says to remove heat blower housing,Dash need to go first... that difficult? ### help

Do you have an offset screw driver by chance? That's what we'd use on helicopters to reach hardware in such areas.
