how to remove my rear windshield on my gsx. i just picked up a carbon hatch and i switched it over im looking on switching the windshield now. how can i take it out??

A sharp box knife, and a peice of wire. Get your self a starting point with the box knife and you should be able to cut it out with wire in a few minute's once you get a hang of it. Watch the paint if you care!

Back/side windows are a breeze compared to removing a wind shield in one peice

I wouldn't touch it with a wire. It is tempered glass. I you even chip it, the whole thing will shatter in to millions of pieces. Depending on what type of adhesive it has holding it in. I've seen them with polyurethane, and i've seen them with the non hardening tar like stuff. They came from the factory with the tar looking stuff. It is best to slowly heat it with a hair dryer (do it in garage where it isn't cold) than you can pretty much dig the goo out and push the glass out. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a lexan rear glass with that carbon fiber hatch. The weight of the stock glass will cause the hatch to crack.
