How to remove oil dipstick?

Hola,
So, I have a 6 bolt block that I am rebuilding. I have it stripped all the way down to the block, except for one part. How do I remove the oil dipstick housing from the block. I assume I need to get it off before I can have the machine work done. Thanks in advance.

Just unbolt the two bracket bolts that hold it to the oil pan & wiggle the crap out of it while pulling up. It's a pain in the butt, just keep trying - mucho wiggling.
