Sorry for asking such a newbie question even I've owned my DSM for more than a year now, but I couldn't find the specific answers on the forum. I just got the boost gauge installed today and tested it. I'm not sure how you record your boost level, is it doing WOT on 3rd gear pull from like 3000 rpm?

Another question is my boost gauge showed up to 16 psi when I did a 3rd gear pull, but I have only the mods in my profile so far, injen intake, RSR downpipe, cat, Apex WS cat-back, and AFC. Is it my exhaust making the turbo to creep? I'm planning to put on the boost controller tomorrow, but I read that the boost should not be more than 15psi on the stock T-25, so I can't test the mbc after the install right?

I welcome any input, thanks guys!

you should be hitting 16psi then it falling to about 12ish. thats nothing to worry about. a mbc will allow it to spike at 16 and stay there without falling. well mine atleast did that, it depends on how healthy youre t25 is. i had a greddy bov, intake, hard pipes, 3" catback and it did the same thing.
