Ok i'm noobie when it comes to painting in almost all respects, i want to paint my rims black but leave the lip where the tire fits on silver still so u can tell which part is tire and which part is wheel.
That doesnt really matter, but what is the best way to paint my rims so they look really good, not just a can of spray paint.
