My first try at doing cast aluminum, this is the fuel rail for my quest. How can I press test this on the bench?

I sanded it down a bit, the rest I'll sand down by hand.

You'll either have to make fitting to plug up the holes for fuel an injector or you'll have to just install it, turn the pump on and crank the pressure up if you have an AFPR.

I have an old wally 190 pump that has a piece of -6 line with that's clamped on the outlet and has a femal hose end that i can thread onto fuel rails but i still have to use the stock regulators to control pressure. I use it for testing welds as well as for cleaning injectors and testing them afterwards. I bolt it to an old core head i have for use as a welding jig or whatever i need it for that makes it a little easier
