I got the old one out but how the hell do you get another in there. It seems physically impossible to do this.

I have a Hayes Manual, and all it says is reverse what you did when you took it out. Mine was broken in two pieces so if fell as soon as I unbolt the last bolt.

Any ideas? I can go any longer without heat, Its been sub zero temps here!

Thanks

I did mine a couple years ago and all I remember was it was REAL tight trying to manuver it in with the slanted floor in the way preventing it from going in straight. I think I pulled back the carpet and maybe the padding underneath (if needed). I remember the rear bolt was impossible to get a socket on due to the slanted floor. I may have used (painstakenly) an open end wrench because the box end wouldn't fit in there either.
