how to fix 2g key hole?

Get some Wd-40, use the little red straw thingy, stick it in the hole, and spray for about 3-5 seconds. Put the key in and wiggle it around, and try to turn it... Keep spraying/turning/wiggling until it turns.. Dont break your key off in it. WTF

That worked for mine when I had the same problem. It should fix you right up.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I just wanted to say, my lock wouldn't budge even a little, so i knew WD wouldn't help.
I followed the guy's instructions via link above, and finally I have a working driver's lock cylinder + security system!
(the filling down the teeth is what worked for me, I was too impatient to play with all the diffrent combos)
Wish the guy was still on this forum, would like to thank him for such a good write-up!:dsm:

I just did mine the hard way, pulled all the locks off and soaked them overnight in gasoline! Boy was that crap dirty, almost couldn't light the gas on fire after it soaked! ICK!

Well I don't know what the previous owner did, but when I took the lock out of the cylinder, none of the teeth were flush, none of them..WTF
