how to do a engine swap

i got a 98 tsi automatic. i am having problems with the motor keeps spinning the main and rod bearing. i have 2 1g 4g63 engines. i have no clue on how to do the swap. if any one can help me on how to do a swap on a 98 tsi swap. i am getting disappointed i work on it non stop.

thanks for the web site but it is for a manual tranny and i have a automatic that is the problem.
