I'm 100 miles from my shop and am going to be looking at a car with a theoretical bad fuel pump. I am going to check for engine codes, if I hear the pump starting up, and if it is getting voltage. If it is getting voltage and sounds like it is starting, how can I check pressure without a tester. Just to know I'm getting something? Just pull the plugs and see if I get something in the cylinders?
