1G How to bond side molding made of PVC to the door of a 1991 eagle talon.

Would like to hear from someone who has successfully bonded molding that has adhered thru the extreme heat of Florida sun as mine has. Mine was ,reinstalled by body shop has falling off three times with special tape and now fallen off again with a rigid Adhesive that will have to be ground off.

3M 5200 is great stuff

I've had decent luck with the 3M Super-Strength Molding Tape, as long as prep work is done properly. I say "decent" because my driver side moulding on the lower door decided to come loose after a pretty hellish Colorado winter. Other mouldings I've reattached have held up well. Summer is easy on it comparatively. We don't have the humidity here but we definitely have summer heat and enough sun to give Florida a run for their money.

Thanks for your response, will look into your suggestion, but Florida heat is really excessive
