Depending on what you want done id recommend IPT. I did mine on my own the rebuild kit anyways.

You can check out 2 places that I know of that are popular on here Jacks transmissions and shep transmissions. I'm going to get mine done at Jacks and they have several options for the AWD. They have very basic OEM rebuilds up to premium with new everything and several options for the spider etc. They're definitely worth a look if you're planning on having someone else do it.
