How much should i pay for these stock turbo parts?

hey, im buying a bunch of stuff off of a friends brother who has a GS-T. im using this stuff to scrap together my own turbo kit. tell me what you think i should pay for all of it.

T-25 with 80k miles on it (will rebuild it)
Side mount intercooler
crushed 1g BOV
assorted stainless steel oil lines
some of the gaskets and studs and nuts and bolts.
Apexi S-AFC I (eventually)

how much should i pay? he is getting a stand alone but not right away, so i probably wont be getting the AFC with the rest of the stuff, but were working on the prices right now, so i was wondering what you all thought i should pay. if you could, tell me the price of the stuff without the AFC and tell me what i should pay for the AFC alone.

thats $185 total. i dunno if he will go that low i will see. any other opinions? i wanna get a bunch of peoples opinions to try to get an average of what everybody thinks and show him.

maybe 200 dont rebuild the t25 go to a junkyard make a friend and get a 14g for $20 of a stock 1g it might not run yu $20 but i would rather not buy his turbo and jsut get a 14g will hook right up to all of his stuff and be way better

yes you should. Go to Hahnracecraft's website they'll have everything you need to make your N/A turbo. it's will be pretty expensive though. but worth it. If you did decide to buy those parts off of that guy the T25 would be around $150-200 if it's in good shape,side mount would be around $50-100 if in good shape, 1G bov $30-50,Lines $25,S-SAFC $100-150. But I would save and get an actual kit for your 420A cause I dont think the heads are the same to the point where you could use a 4g63 manifold.

guy named Alain that i met on 2gnt makes custom manifolds for the 420a and he will flange them for whatever turbo for $300, $25 for shipping, and $25 for EGT probe. so im getting the manifold for $350. i would go with the hahn but 1: its really expensive, and 2: my dad wont let me spend that much on my car in a lump sum on one thing. so buy scrapping together this turbo kit, it A: is cheaper and isnt a big bill, its a bunch of small little bills, and B: it will give me something productive to do this summer.

ya as i think about it more i realize that it would be futile. im gonna just use the T-25 now just to get the system running, and then upgrade to a T3/T4 or 16g later on when i get the money and i have everything working right.

any more recomendations on prices?

we'll personally if you can get what ever flange you want go with a T3 flange because you can go to cheapturbos.com and get a T3/T4 for $400 where as if you get an AGP or the like with a mitsubishi flange it will cost $800 or more. Just my 0.02.

ya but $200 for a shit load of stuff versus $800 for just the turbo? im not rich, and im just trying to get this thing boosted and running cleanly at the moment, then ill worry about how much i can push after i rebuild the bottom end. but for now this T-25 should suit me fine. any other guesstimates?

well i wouldnt rebuild a t25 really not worth it. This is what i would do , well this is what i am doing my T25 went on me, i personally am buying a EVO III 16g like 500ish. I can understand that might be too much so why not go with at least a 14B ?? off ebay you can get one ported with min shaft play for like 90-130.00 ???

im not keeping the T-25 for too long, im going to get a T3/T4 or 16g eventually. so im not gonna rebuild it like i said i changed my mind it would be a waste of money. right now all i need is something to provide that 7psi of boost untill i get all the fuel shit upgraded and the bottom end rebuilt. im pretty sure that the T-25 will do what i need for now. so, how much should i pay for this stuff???
