Trying to get my front o2 sensor opperational again. just wanted to check what kinda of power should be showing up at the power wire. I believe 2g's fluctuate between .00-.94v. so id assume it should be getting 1v? maybe more for the heater?

Thanks!

While running the signal wire should constantly be fluctuating with heater getting constant 12v or more. You are looking for signal voltage to go above and below 0.45 volts. If you see less than 0.2 and more than 0.7 volts and the value changes rapidly, you are through, your sensor is good.
O2 Sensor FAQ for more.

The two like colored wires are for the heater- one will be 12V, the other GND, it does not matter which as it's just a resistive heater. The other two wires are for signal and GND, and you are correct the signal voltage will vary as the oxygen mixture varies. Here is a color code chart for most common O2 sensors.
