How much hp should this setup give me?

So, I just got all of the new parts installed for my new setup, when I realized I had a blown head gasket, and the resulting heat had warped the head.

While I'm waiting for that to be fixed, I thought you guys could speculate as to how much power the setup will make when it's finally running again!

This is mostly to cheer me up, but maybe you'll have some fun with it, too.

Alright, here's the mod list so far:

99 GSX:

* HX40 bolt on

* 6 bolt w/ 2.3 stroker kit (manley/wiseco)

* High-flow head

* Ported tubular exhaust manifold

* Tial 38 mm external

* 950 FIC injectors

* dsmlink v2

* Mishimoto radiator, crazy SPAL fan (trying to fix the heating issue before realizing it was the head gasket)

* ACT 2600 clutch

I think that's all the important bits. So, what do you think I'm going to get out of this setup? Any suggestions for future mods?

400+? hard to tell since you havent listed how much boost, nor cams(if any), balance shafts eliminated, fuel pump, exhaust among the big things that are missing in your mod list.

Sorry, It's been so long since I upgraded some of these parts, I forgot to list a few:


Walboro 255 fuel pump

? COMP cams (Don't know the grind, but they cause my engine to seriously lope at idle, even @ 1000rpm)

Balance shafts eliminated

Full exhaust (still have a cat, though)


I'm hoping to run 25+.

HKS EVC IV Boost controller

Greddy full FMIC

Symborski Kit, short-throw shifter

turbo timer

suspension

...That's all I can think of right now.

We don't bench race on these forums. There's no way to tell how much power your car will make.

Take your car to a dyno and find out for sure.
