I found a Red 97 gst with 57k miles for $7500, should I get it??? It's completly stock (besides a boost gauge and muffler). I can't find any gsx's or tsi's so I think I'll go with this gst. What do you guys think, should I do it???

$3500, fresh rebuild, Im talkin blown motor when I made down payment, then when it was built and running, the rest of the $$$, but a lot of work is needed, clutch just went, tranny is going, random sensors, oil leaks, idle problems, she needs a lot of TLC, and I plan on givin her everything till shes perfect. I love my Talon.

I picked up my First Gen GS-T for $200. It had been sitting for the past six months. It has 150 thousand on the original 4g63 and the turbo. It has a ACT 2600 series clutch that only has 7000 miles on it.

I just paid 6k for a bone stock, fully loaded 95 Eclipse GSX w/ 84k miles. A little high of a price for the year but its hard to find them so stock and low miles. Also i live in michigan and they arent very abundant here. Oh and it was at a used car dealership so yeah that helps to.

swapped my 03 mazda protege for my 90 tsi fwd. i got outta car payments and got a free car and having a baller time modding it! got a turbo xs mbc, greddy type s bov, and a pacesetter tubular manifold came with it! but since i've done a lot of work to it. had to pull the engine out two days later and found that the balance shaft bearings snapped and ended up in my oil pan, so i eliminated balance shafts, applied multi layer hg, udp, and also a boost gauge and a RRE 3" long dp since we snapped my stock during the engine install! URGH!

1990 GST FWD bought it may of '04 for $2300 150k on the car, but came with rebuilt engine and turbo.I've put about 15k miles on it so far, this car belonged to my brother-in-law, he has been a mechanic for about 30yrs, and a master tech for at least the last 10yrs. It is in desperate need of repainting and so far every time I start to get together the cash for some major modifications, something comes up.
