How Much Boost am I running?

I installed my Hallman Pro MBC today. I cranked up the boost of my big 16G. My vaccum/boost gauge is just over 10. Does this mean I'm running just over 10psi? I cranked the boost up to where my gauge said 15 and I experienced fuel cut-off. Are there any residual effects from the fuel cut off. My BC has a hose running to the wastegate actuator and another one running to the intercooler piping. Are these the only hoses I need connected? Is the amount of boost I'm running safe for my stock internals? I have a Greddy Type-S BOV, but I want to get a 1G and run it back into my system. Why am I experiencing fuel cut off. Can I stop my computer from doing this so I can run more boost safely?

If the boost guage is reading 10psi, that means you are running 10psi. As far as I know, there are no lasting effects that can result from fuel cut, aside from a heart attack for first timers. The boost controller should have one hose running from each of the two nipples. The hose running horizontal to the adjustment knob is the hose you will connect to your boost source (your intercooler piping). I chose to run mine from a "t" in the bov line, but you should be okay keeping yours how it is. The amount of boost you are running is okay on the stock internals, but keep in mind, if you're hitting fuel cut, its definetly not the best thing for the turbo.

I don't know what you mean when you say that you want a 1g bov so that you can run back into the system? I'm assuming you mean recirculating, which you should and can be doing anyways with the Greddy-S.

I notice you don thave any fuel mods in your profile. Im gonna say hell no to 15 psi on your big 16g. That might have been ok on the t-25 but not on the b16g. You shoudl probably make that next on your to do list. Atleast a fuel pump. And while your at it rewire the pump. Do that now to get alittle extra fuel adn then itll just already be done when you do a pump.
