Seeing this reminds me of the time my dad, cousin, uncle and I were driving in a Chevy Lumina on a detour because of road construction and a Ford F350 hit us, t-boned us. I got the full impact of the crash and spent 3 weeks in Loma Linda Hospital with a massive head injury, broken ribs, torn muscles, and a laundry list of other issues. The driver was drunk and just ran...He got away into another state. We had a lawsuit against him and the state and insurance that was drawn out for close to 4 years. We ran out of money before court, so we settled. But no matter what, no money was worth my pain and suffering. Still to this day, I would like to make him feel what I felt and still feel to this day! I thank the hospital staff for my quick recovery, but I hate seeing negligent and intoxicated drivers' get away with what they do. It shows there is no justice in these situations. I hope you made a full recovery and good luck to you. I hope he got what he deserved.
