How hard is it to install a 34mm wastegate mod?

I already have my EVOIII 16G and EVOIII 02 housing installed on my car. Both the turbo and 02 is ported yet I'm still having issues w/ boost creep. I'm pretty sure my 3" turbo-back is a small contributing factor to this.

Anyway, is it a bi*** to do the 34mm wastergate mod? Where can I buy this upgrade from.

I know slowboy sells just the 34mm wastegate, but im not sure how hard it is to do yourself.
