How hard is it to install the 34mm wastegate mod?

I'm not that mechanically inclined and at the moment I'm having moderate problems w/ boost creep. I have a EVOIII 16G ported and a ported EVOIII 02 housing matched to a full 3" mandrel turbo back exhaust. Even w/ all this stuff ported and the larger exhaust I still get creep. The only thing I haven't done is the 34mm wastegate mod.

How much is this going to cost me and what is involved getting it on? Do I have to drop the entire turbo?

price of the flapper is $20 from slowboy. You will have to drop the turbo, or at least remove the exhaust housing. You'll also need a die grinder to port out the wastegate hole. Im hopefully going to be doing it this weekend.
