How do you remove the boost restrictor??

How do you remove the boost restrictor valve. i tried searching, and i couldnt find a tutorial or guide on how to do it. i really want to, but i cant figure it out. can anyone help me please??

I see a VFAQ for a 1G but I'm not sure if it's the same for a 2G.

are you talking about removing the boost control solenoid, or the restrictor inside it? for the restictor use a screw. screw it in and pull it out.

Im not exactly sure, but i heard its a free mod, that raises boost up by 2 psi... if you could be more specific on what to screw in and out, please let me know. and sorry i posted in the wrong forum, im not really a newb, just havnt posted here in awhile.

i'd suggest getting a good boost gauge first
