how do i take off the sunroof on a 2g

how do i remove the glass sunroof? step by step please

u will need s special star or it. one with a hollow center. u would have to buy this as a set. can find it at advance autoparts for $12. set the sunroof to where its open ( not slided back) on both side from the inside u will see three screws. which the special tool will be needed. take these off carefully especially if u have rust. once you have taken off all ,6 u can take the sunroof off from the outside and that should be it.

its called a torx socket. and unless its different from my eclipse you wont need the ones with hollow centers. although its never a bad idea to get them because you can use them on any torx screw/bolt. you'll also need a ratchet and maybe a small extension (if i remember right 1/4). not to tough you'll be able to figure it out
