How do I remove these door jamb panels?

About to start the prep work on painting my door jambs. How can I remove these door jamb panels - without braking any tabs/clips? Note that I have already removed the flat-head bolt connecting the panel to the rest of the interior by your feet. Pic link below:

use a plastic trim tool and be very gentle. it should be just plastic tabs

Just pull up on them. Some of the clips might pop out and stick in the car end, pull them out with a needle nose pliers

Gently pry them up with a plastic scraper or trim tool. They are held on by 4 or 5 plastic tabs with metal clips on them.

When I worked on mine, a little pull from the plastic and it came out. It's held in by the same metal clips that hold the a-pillar trim and some of the hatch trim.

Thanks guys, super easy - Just pulled them up with my hands (about 4 or 5 insert tabs in the center of the foot scuff panel). I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to find some broken tabs when I got done like all of the other 15 yr old plastic on these cars - Better safe than sorry! Thanks again,
