Can Someone please tell me how to properly bleed a cooling system 100% on a 97 eclipse gs non turbo 420a engine ?

You can also take off the cap, fill it up and start the car. Then just continue to fill it if it gets low and wait for the bubbles to stop coming out. Make sure to turn the heat on to avoid having bubbles in the heater core. Also give it enough time for the car to hit operating temperature so the T-stat opens.

*edit* If it wont stop bubbling after that that you have a leak somewhere.

Run the car with the rad cap off and fill it up as the coolant level drops. After a few minutes it wont take anymore coolant and you can close it up. Make sure the overflow tank is full and the car will pull in coolant as it needs.
