How do I make my Talon sound like this?

Well, the "alot of engine sound" is coming from the wicked German V8, so you'll have a tough time with that part. For an increase in the (turbo) hissing and blowing noises you'll pretty much need to build up your car. Honestly, there is no single mod to make your car sound like that. It would take mods like this...

1) a bigger turbo (of course with supporting mods... fuel system, engine management, etc.)
2) MAFT "blow through" setup, so you are venting your BOV
3) free flowing exhaust system (cat back or turbo back)
4) new camshafts
5) maybe a metal intake pipe to increase the turbo spool noise

Oh, Thanks

BTW: That car has a 3.2L Inline-Six cyl not a V8

Big turbo with anti-surge ports
3" + exhaust with the wastegate routed back in - remember we want turbo noise not exhaust noise
large (4" or bigger) intake piping
lots of boost

even my 18g will make some noise, but you'll need something bigger than it to get heard from a ways away. Something from the garret GT series should get it done though.
