I am still running stock 450cc injectors. How do i now when i need to gwt bigger injectors? Is the only way to tell by having it dyno'd? I am curious on how you guys now how high of boost you can run? i guess that is all with the logger huh? I am running a evo316g but i have 450 and want something bigger? it is a daily driver do i need bigger injectors. I want to run the highest boost i possibly can for street use?

im running an E3 16g, im running 15psi with stock injectors, im getting 11.1:1 AFR and that is safe. I recommend getting a logger and looking at injector duty cycle. Also exhaust gas temp. gauges help with this issue.

You definitely need a logger before you start raising the boost. You should be fine with a stock fuel setup on an evo III turbo for 15 psi. If you want to get bigger injectors, I would suggest 650's but you also need an afc.

Also with 650's and a fmic you can safely run in the 20's psi. All on the tune of course.

650cc, and a logger, i a have a similar set up, ill upgrade fuel, later but i keep my boost modest. With th 650ccs you should be fine with that turbo. But get a logger.
