The previous owner of my car never cut an fittings to size when he installed them. Is there a way to disassemble them and cut them to size?

Also where can I buy an oil restrictor(not eBay) for a pte turbo?

Hmm.. when u say an fittings, do u mean the an lines or the fittings itself? Because if it is he lines then just unscrew both parts of the fitting and remove the hose and cut to length but I'm unsure what u mean of the an fittings not to size because I can't understand it working and not being the right size w/ adapters I guess. Please let me know more in depth about it if my answer doesn't hit the spot.

Yea just take them apart you may need to cut the hose off of the fitting (SS would be a little difficult) and then just tape where you need it to be cut and reassemble. They make a special tool to reassemble the lines because they can be a PITA without it.

KOUL tools Hose/Fitting Assembly Kit - JEGS

extremepsi has many turbo fittings.

Sorry, to clarify I want to remove the hose from the fittings, cut it to length and then reassemble.

The AN fittings are 2 pieces that screw together just unscrew them and pull the hose off if you can. I had to cut it off because it was so tight up there and the barbs do a good job of keeping the hose on. And when you are ready to cut it to length use tape around where you are going to cut to keep the hose from fraying.

**edit** actually now that I think about it i dont think AN fittings have barbs...

Anyone else on the oil restrictor?
I usually buy from extremepsi but I only found a restrictor for a dual bb turbo.

heres a couple of pictures i took for you so you see what are the components of the an fitting assy. the pictures are very clear and i think you shouldnt have any problems doing your own, as stated above: if you have braided lines put some strong tape arounf the cutting area, cut it to lenght then remove the tape, its just to prevent the wire mesh from unthreading itself.:hellyeah:
