How difficult to remove and replace rear upper arm bushings?

Car is a 2G GST. How difficult to remove and replace rear upper arm bushings? The shop that I asked to install the upgrade bushings only replaced none and left the other 3 uninstall...

Not too difficult if you have a press. Okay, that's a lie. They're a PITA. And you need a press.

Hm, probably why they didn't replace them all... Much much would a press cost? I have a vice...would that work? Would most shops have a press to take them out for me for a margin cost?

If you have the right fittings, a breaker bar, and a good vice, essentially you should be able to get them out. If not, use a press. Get one from Harbor Freight. They range from $75 to $200.
