yep, Silvia S15's, I think that's the first time I've seen em on an Eclipse. It's more common on 240sx's and once I saw it on an MR2.

The reason you see them on 240's is because a silvia IS a 240sx Its a very hard car to find in the united states, but they are around. the silvia s15 was the last years of the 240sx they made. (silvia is what they call 240sx's in japan)

I have no idea, can i mold it? bondo?

maybe you could try adding a two foot wing, that might help, or paint the hood black, that always helps.
