ECUflash How can I tell if I bricked my ECU

I might have bricked my 99 ecu from flashing it while it was pretty cold out. I'm thinking the voltage dropped from the battery.

I had an error during flashing, but I can currently flash it without problems. But, now it won't start....

Is there any test or anything I can do to see if it is indeed bricked?

Can you log?
Can you test the injectors with evoscan? (Not actually sure if that function even works).

It's interesting to me that you can flash. Have you tried flashing back to the stock rom?
