K well I wana know how to or if I can take so many damn little vacuum hoses off. I've seen some guy with vacuum caps on the intake manifold and stuff. So I was woundering how to do it and if I need dsm link for that to control it. Or anything else I would need, thanks guys. :)

Just take them all off and cap them with vacuum caps. You won't need anything else.

Really? Simple as that? Can I do all of them? I mean all the small hoses? Like from the manifold? Any charts or is it really that simple.

Sweet sweet sweet, I'm mclovin it. Thanks so much guys, it'll make some room for me in the engine bay :)

I good question flying_eagle. And ill keep in mind not to mess with the bov.

i took out so many of my vaccume lines that were unneeded when i did my rebuild about a month ago and i went by the taboo diagram and it all seemed to go well so far but i dint t the mbc and bov i gave them each their own line

Yes, those diagrams in the Taboo link are old and we have found a few things that aren't correct, such as not teeing anything into the bov line.
I beg to differ, me and a few wiseman got in a HUGE debate about it a long time ago. Both sides had valid arguments, so made small adjustment to the diagram. But in the end, no one really could say whether or not using the BOV line was good or bad.

Ok so does anyone have any new diagrams on how to remove the correct vacuum lines? Or should I just go with the taboo diagrams. I do know to leave the bov alone.

Go with Taboo, you're over analyzing this.

Infact, I didn't use any diagrams, one day I was pissed at a vac leak I couldn't find and I just furiously pulled out all those vac lines.

Shit was fun!

;)

so i have a vacuum leak somewhere in my 92 gsx that i cannot find. Would following the diagram in exception to running the mbc off of the BOV and to the turbo chargers j fitting instead find my leak? Thanks again
