how can i notice that there is something wrong with turbo??

Pull off the intake pipe and check for shaft play. Do this by moving the bearing up and down and side to side. 4 mm or less is perfect. Check for in and out play also, no more than 1 mm.
If you have alot of oil in your LICP and IC then your turbo seal is most likely bad. This is usually accompanied by a loud screeching metal to metal sounds due to the compressor or turbine blades hitting the housing. This sound may come before or after the oil.
