How Big Is My Wastegate?

ok i have a turbo manifold with an external wastegate and i know its either a 35mm or 38mm wastegate so i did the obvious thing and measure it to see but it says like 25mm? so how do i tell
edit: nvm i see how you measure it but mine seems to measure inbetween its not exactly 35 and not exactly 38.... weird any suggestions

So what was your measurement and where did you measure it at? It seems like those details are missing, or at very best presented, but vaugely.
