Been looking into doing a 6-bolt stroker build for a while now. Still over in iraq though and just got extended because of the civil war (go figure
). When today I stumbled across the main page with the 2.4l Uncut virgin crankshafts for sale. Seemed like an excellent price.
What is the word on these are they worth it? Was orginally planning on the slowboy racing 2.3 stroker kit but would much rather go with a 2.4L I have a block just need the internals. Looking to put this in a 2G GSX since I spun a rod bearing in my GS-T pulled the motor and decided to change projects to a GSX. For a track car to make somewhere in the field of 600 whp.
With the 2.4 crank its all machine work after that right? And one can use standered rods and pistons?
