FR4R on a 2.4L

Since FP stop selling the FP3(only can get them via CompCam in pairs), had anyone use the FP4R on a 2.4L?

You can. I've got a set of brand new FP4's if you are looking for a set.

I have them on my 2.3l I have never run any other cams in my engine so I don't know how they compare to anything else. I can email you some ecmlink logs if you want and some corresponding dyno sheets.
