Its clearly the same item as this ebay ad:

exact same picture and everything.

so its either someone spamming the site trying to sell products, or some jerk member trying to make a profit off other dsmers.

I actually just recieved a socketed eprom from him for a decent price. I wouldn't say he is out to scam, maybe just trying to mark some parts up??

I don't think their is any reason for a ban. Just shop smart and do some research before you buy things like that.

Perhaps he just didn't have a picture of the exact manifold he's selling, and wanted to use a picture that's pretty much the same make/condition of his? If anything, just warn him to maybe put a disclaimer in the ad, such as 'Manifold pictured is not the exact manifold being sold', or something..I dunno.

Anyway, in the future bring up anything you think is suspicious to a mod in a PM. I will look into it as it's highly unlikely this person just has all theses "parts" lying around.
