hot start low idle

My car runs normal/great pretty much all the time, but it idles too low (~550) and stumbles after a hot-start. It is very strange, I'm guessing it might be related to a heat-soaked GM maf, is that a possibility? I'm sure my maf warms up on my blow-through setup when the car sits with a hot engine.

In my history of wrenching if a car runs fine when it is cold and when its warm, its probly related to a fuel problem. When a car sit over night the fluids drain back into there own spot. When driving the car for a while and you get the motor up to temp. it takes longer for the fluids to drain. Now if your car doesn't want to start or it does and idle is low you might want to check your fuel filter and a tune up wouldn't hurt.

My car has been doing the same thing for the past 3 months and i'm currently trying to figure out the problem. Everytime i start it up while it's been driven around the car will idle really low and shake pretty bad. When i try to rev it up the car will sound likle it misfiring or make a sound like popcorn. Howver once it goes away (in usually a minute or less) my car drives fine and idles fine until i start it back up again.

fuel filter has about 5k on it, BPR8ES plugs have even less
i guess the wires could be an issue

I think the issue might be a bad fuel pump or bad injector.

I have a little bit of high load/rpm knock, so I'll suspect the 255. Freaking wal-mart fuel pump.
