2G Hot side flapper get stuck

I been having problem because i cant build boost quick and i droped the turbo and found out the flapper when it opens it gets suck on the inlet. So i been trying to fix it and put a pice of copper wire to see if it fixes it and the flapper dosent get caught on the inlet but im wondering if it will melt? Runing open o2 and 3inch stright pipe only muffler help i just used electrical wire and used the inside of it and put it around the top ring and it works

The only question it appears that you have is if the copper wire will melt.

Copper has a melting point of 1984° F. Your EGT should not be over 1,600° F on WOTpulls.

Yes that is exactly what i was looking for thank you i just needed to know if the wire wouldent melt
