hot intercooler pipe

so i tracked down after about a week why my upper intercooler pipe is getting so hot its because my short route runs next to the lower rad hose and its radiant heating the pipe how should i go about fixing this should i wrap the intercooler pipe or wrap the hose or should i try to make a new "custom" hose by the way im running a ssac fmic the pipe only gets hot from where the radiator hose is up

you could try to wrap both, see if that would change the temps before doing something drastic.
