I pulled the motor out of my car not too long ago to do some tubing and cut a couple of hoses. They come off the pulley side of the engine, near the oil filter. Does anyone know what these are? I've looked around and looked through my Haynes repair manual, just can't find anything. Thanks in advance

Car is a 1990 eclipse gst. I think the lines are the oil cooler lines but I want to make sure. Thanks

Foward facing oil filter to the oil cooler

Or simply the 1990 turbo OFH? ;)

OP, chances are, you're right and they are for the oil cooler. The two different housings referred to in this thread already would look similar to either of these...

FFOFH with sandwich plate adapter for oil cooler: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/454664-ff-oil-filter-housing-help.html#post153173526

1990 OFH (in a 6-bolt swapped 2G, but shows what it could look like): http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-engine-fuel/271069-2g-external-oil-cooler-install.html

If neither of these is the case, please post a picture of your setup and we can go from there.
