horrible idle please help

Started the car today, and it idled really good. Went for a drive, came home. Started the car up maybe 10min later and this was what i got. Some idle surge then it dies.

sounds like a vacuum leak.

I have Ecmlink v3. The idle switch works the iac works. O2 sensors works. It starts cycling once it goes into closed loop. Fiav is blocked off, also did the fiav modd. This problem that i have happens every so often which i don't understand.
