Hi

First I would like to add that I have searched every horn topic on here. With no solution to mine.
My dad has removed the Alarm system from the car. Just removed the honk on firewall and took out the relay above the driver kick panel.
I need to pass inspection and I need to have it working, preferably the stock ones on the car now(i dont want to buy a extra one).

I have checked the relay above the driver kick panel. Replaced it with a known working one from the WDO relay. And left the Theft relay in.

There is 12V when the ignition is turned on on the upper left side of the 4 relay tracks. I read that it should have 2 power wires and 2 grounds.

I removed the honk pad area and tested for power on that red wire, no power is coming to that wire (It should). I cleaned the spinning contact area with the spring on it. Tested for continuity between those 2 points.

I checked if the honk was getting power, they are both getting power through the green/white wire. The bottom wires both dont have power. (driver side green/black) ( passenger green/red).

Does where the theft relay sit, should there be 2 +12vpower tracks?

I am dumbfounded and need some serious stress relief.
Can some one please explain what other steps I can take?

Turns out both of the claxons were rusted shut. Replaced it with another one from my dsm.
Sorry and please delete!
