Horn Issue

Hey all I've started having an issue with my horn randomly going off while driving. It just got stuck on for about 2 minutes and quit and now just comes and goes for a second or two.

It has never worked from the steering wheel, so I just want to get rid of the damn thing. It keeps reminding me I'm in a DSM.


I have no idea where the horn is or what exactly it looks like in these cars.
Soo, reeally newb question - where is it, and what does it look like?

Here's the mess of wiring under the car where its coming from, is the thing I have circled in red the horn? If so what can I do to just get rid of it?

bumping because I really need some help with this.

At first it was kind of funny with it randomly going off, now it's just annoying and embaressing.

It doesn't do it often but it did it today for about 1 minute straight while at a stoplight, ugh.
I'm now aware that IS my horn circled, can I just cut a wire or something? It doesn't work the right way so I just want it to be gone completely.

Is the fact it's smashed against my intercooler piping part of the problem?
