Holset HX35 Diesel Cummings Turbo

I'm looking to start the Holset HX35 Diesel Cummings Turbo build. I was wondering if anyone has a step by step guide or build. Need help on the parts i'm going to need for a complete build and what not. Thanks.

You could easily search on here and find all the info you need bro. As for write up don't think anyone's really done that, I would check out the many build threads started by holset users on that site. I'm about to run a hx35 once my new motor is done being built! Also what supporting mods do you have to work with the hx35. Please update your profile and show mods you have done to the car so far. If your still running a t25 youve got alot more to learn and get before a holset will be worth having bro!! Your going to need something to tune with and sensors to further your tuning abilities, fuel upgrades, suspension and tires to get the power to the ground, upgraded clutch to handle power, a motor that can handle the higher airflow you wanna push holsets like high boost!! I'm not trying to sway you from getting a holset, just want you to think about all the other things needed to run one correctly and benefit from it. What's your all around goal for the car, do you plan to race it?

Make sure you have your oil feed and drain setup properly!

Check my profile to see the mods I have. I run a Holset HX-35 on 30 PSI. I've been running this setup for 15K miles now and have not had any issues.

Also, I think running the larger Holset (vs the t25) is much much easier to tune. The reason that I say this is because tuning (w/ ECMLink) it was much more difficult to dial in the 14b's and 16g's that I've run than the Holset.

Either way, you are going to need all supporting mods and need to dent the waterpipe, get a suitable oil return/feed, and your choice of mitsu or t3/t4 sytle hotside.

The car I just bought has a 7 Blade HX35, I will post my feedback once I tune it on 20psi pump gas. I plan on running 28psi on 93 + Meth. From what I hear, this is a very solid and robust turbo that can see 30-35psi. 56mm inducer so it's good for 500+ whp
