hole on top of transfer case

Isnt this hole suppose to be plugged? if i flip the case over, oil comes out. Theres no thread or anything, what should i do? Thanks in advance

There is supposed to be a breather there. The part number is MD727784.

there should be a black rubber breather plug that goes there. it will look like the plug on the top of your transmission by the speed sensor. the speed sensor is a black plug/harness that is connected to the top side of your transmission by the firewall
