I found where the wires go to off the HKS website, im just curious as to where you guys tapped into for the wires.

if anyone has installed this one please help. I believe it is the hks type 1, its silver, lights up orange
 
im just confused where i put the grey and red wire, it doesnt have a connector on it, the other ones have a connector or something that looks like it would plug in to that wireing harness.
 
I have this turbo timer, but it was installed by the previous owner. It seemed to work with the car on the accessory mode, but my car isnt running yet to fully test it although p/o said it worked 100%. I could take some pictures of the wiring if that would help you in any way?
 
look in the tech section for the writeup i made. it is the most COMPLETE AND ACCURATE anywhere for 2g vehicles.

I just wire up TTs without harness. I have also shared the secret that very few know to wire up TT with aftermarket alarms properly without the need of caps, resistors, etc.

if you use the harness for your TT, 99% of the time arming your aftermarket/stock alarm will not work properly.

my setup consist of an aftermarket alarm with remote start, turbo timer, AND stock alarm. and EVERYTHING working perfectly together.

meaning I can leave the car after a drive, turbo timing, then press the ARM button on my aftermarket alarm, not only arms the aftermarket alarm, BUT also arms the stock one.

and it will be timing down, and after timing down it will still be armed.

then going back in I can remote start the car, while its on, i press disarm on aftermarket alarm.. this disarms BOTH aftermarket AND stock alarm, and unlocks the door.

And how? because i did it and i posted everything in the 2 links above. it is the most detailed and complete how to for aftermarket and turbo timer install for 2gs ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Those ones installers used, some of the wires are even wrong! only list 1 location. I've listed MULTIPLE!

I take it whoever installed mine used the harness? So your saying the alarm wont work 99% of the time now? I'm like 99% sure I have the factory alarm(I never really tried or checked anything since I'm more focused on getting the car back together right now) but i have the horn by the battery and the alarm hood switch, but It had a viper alarm sticker on the car.
