HKS adj cam gears issues with setting the timing. Help

Hey guys i just got done rebuilding my head with brand new valves, comp 101200 cams, and hks cam gears. Everytime im line this thing up i just cant trust what it looks like and i keep thinkin im a tooth or so off what do you guys think? The way i have it now the side notches of the cam gears line up but the tops one look a lil off to me. Any help is appreciated. The tape is just on there until I get the timing right.

Thanks for all the help guys. I figured out what the problem was. The holes for the pins on the cams was drilled off-center to the main whole in the center of the cam. Thats y i was having issues.
